Sandra Dee Ltd. provides access to the Sandradee.co.uk website and sells its' products to you subject to the terms & conditions set out on our terms & conditions page - which can be found at this link.

Please read these conditions carefully before using this website. By using the Sandradee.co.uk website, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms & conditions.

PLEASE NOTE: In the interests of hygiene, please ensure your own briefs are worn underneath any ordered garments when trying on the underwear and swimwear.



How to Purchase


Once logged on to our secure website, making a purchase is easy. When you have chosen what you'd like to buy just click on the 'add to cart' button and we'll put it in your shopping cart/basket. When you have finished making your selections, just click on the 'checkout' button and complete the details requested. Shortly after placing your order, an email will be sent to you confirming that we have received your instructions. Your order will then be processed and a second email will be sent confirming dispatch or advising of delays with temporarily out of stock items.

If you change your mind about anything in your cart/basket, you can easily delete the items. This is done by selecting the 'remove' option (next to the product image when viewing your cart/basket), followed by clicking the 'update' button.

Credit and/or debit card details are never kept on our website or any of our servers. At the point of transaction, you will be passed straight through to our Banks (PayPal) secure card payment facility. This ensures that the highest level of security is achieved. We therefore do not record any of your card details during this process.

We accept credit and debit card payments in GB pounds sterling. All prices (unless otherwise stated) include VAT. If you are purchasing from outside the UK your card company will convert your payment to your local currency. You can complete your payment details on the web site or, if you prefer, call +44 (0) 1242 238427 with your card details.


Contract of Sale

A contract of sale between you the customer and us, will only exist once your order has been packaged and dispatched to your chosen delivery address, at which point an email confirming delivery will be sent to you.


Delivery, Tax Charges & Customs

Orders are despatched within 48 hours of receipt (unless otherwise stated, Made to Measure garments for example); subject to payment and all garments being in stock Should a garment be out of stock, temporarily or otherwise, we will inform you by email and/or telephone and advise you of your options. You will always have the option to cancel your order if you would prefer not wait for any stock to arrive.

VAT (Value Added Tax) at 20% is already included in the purchase price of all goods.

Postage and packing charges:

Flat delivery rate

  • UK £4.95 (free for orders over £120)
  • Europe £10.00 
  • Rest of the world £15.00

Orders are posted nationally and internationally using Standard 1st Class Royal Mail. Please contact us if you require a different delivery method (Royal Mail Special Delivery, Courier, FedEx, etc.) UK customers can select Royal Mail Special Delivery as a delivery option, when at the 'check-out'.

Orders are usually received by the customer within 5-7 working days in the UK & Europe. USA, Canada, Australia and the Rest of the World takes approximately 10-14 days to be received.


Customs/Duty

Customers are responsible for any import duties & taxes which may be levied on any shipment outside Europe plus any added charges for Customs clearance. The importation or exportation of some or all of our goods to you may be prohibited by certain national laws. We make no representation and accept no liability in respect of the export or import of the goods you purchase.



Returns/Refunds Policy


If for any reason you are not satisfied or happy with anything purchased from Sandra Dee simply return it within 14 days for either an exchange or full refund. If you wish to return items, please provide the following:

  • Full name & address
  • Contact telephone number
  • Web order number
  • Reason for returning
  • If you would like a refund or replacement - and details of replacement, if this is required

The customer is required to pay for the return parcel, which is non refundable. Goods should be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery; the goods are then trackable and adequately insured against loss or damage which absolves the customer of any liability.

All goods must be returned to Sandra Dee lingerie in their original condition, as stipulated:

  • They are in perfect condition
  • They are unworn with all labels attached
  • They are in their original packaging
  • They are not tainted by tobacco smoke

In the interests of hygiene, please ensure your own briefs are worn underneath any ordered garments when trying on the underwear and swimwear. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items where this has not been done. Returns on hosiery cannot be accepted, if the pack has been opened.

Provided the returned merchandise is in compliance with our Terms & Conditions we will either dispatch your exchanged merchandise at no extra cost to yourself, or arrange a full refund as soon as possible; but in any event within 30 days of us receiving the returned goods in satisfactory condition.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to them being tailored to you, ‘Made to Measure' garments cannot be returned.


Return of Faulty Goods

If you believe the goods we have supplied to you are faulty, you should return the item to us together with a note, explaining what you believe is the problem and stating the original order number. When we receive the item, we will investigate the fault and contact you to agree the most appropriate course of action.
