Sandra Dee Ltd. provides access to the Sandradee.co.uk website and sells its' products to you subject to the terms & conditions set out on this page.

Please read these conditions carefully before using this website. By using the Sandradee.co.uk website, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms & conditions.

PLEASE NOTE: In the interests of hygiene, please ensure your own briefs are worn underneath any ordered garments when trying on the underwear and swimwear.



Contract of Sale

A contract of sale between you the customer and us, will only exist once your order has been packaged and dispatched to your chosen delivery address, at which point an email confirming delivery will be sent to you.



Cancellation

You the consumer, under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, have the right to cancel the contract (purchase) - without any reason - at any point from the time of ordering until 7 working days after receipt of the goods. To cancel this contract, contact us by telephone or email, stating the order number and giving clear instruction that you wish to cancel the order. Upon doing so, you are required to return the goods (if they have already been dispatched); which are subject to our ‘Returns/Refunds Policy' - please see above. We will arrange a full refund as soon as possible; but in any event within 30 days of us receiving the returned goods in satisfactory condition.

The only exceptions to the above are:

  • You cannot cancel your contract if the goods you have ordered are ‘Made to Measure' garments
  • If the goods are not returned, it will be assumed you have decided to buy them - no refund will be issued

Cancellation by us

We Sandra Dee reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if:

  • One or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers
  • Our suppliers fail to deliver to us the goods you have ordered for any reason
  • We are unable to obtain the goods you have ordered by reason of any circumstances beyond our reasonable control

If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and arrange with you a refund of the sum deducted by us from your credit/debit card as soon as possible; but in any event within 30 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.



Guarantees

We guarantee you, our customer, our best service at all times. We will endeavor to do everything in our power to preserve the 1st class reputation we have established and encourage your comments to help maintain these standards. We will replace any goods under normal guarantee terms and conditions. If in doubt please contact us for advise.



Handling Complaints

We aim to deal with any problems or difficulties quickly and fairly. If you have reason to complain about our service, please email us shop@sandradee.co.uk, stating that you are making a complaint or call us on +44 (0) 1242 238427. If we are unable to help immediately, we will wherever possible respond within 1 working day, either resolving the complaint or with a time scale for resolution.



Events Beyond Our Reasonable Control

We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.



Liability

If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us, preferably in writing, at our contact address of the problem.

If you do not receive goods ordered by you within 30 days of the date on which you ordered them, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us in writing at our contact address of the problem. If you notify a problem to us under this condition, our only obligations will be, at your option: 

  • To make good any shortage or non-delivery
  • To replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective
  • To refund to you the amount paid for the goods in question in whatever way we choose

Save as precluded by law, we will not be liable to you for indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses (including loss of profits, business or goodwill) howsoever arising out of any problem you notify to us under this condition and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question.
